My favorite GF chophouse!
I'm gluten free snd really sensitive. I've ne'er had a job here in Houston nor in other states. They stimulate my steak plain with butter and common salt. My salad without croutons and I also love to get the loaded loveable potato or green remand altogether of which taste awesome and I ne'er have a flair up! The purchase order comes with rolls and cinnamon butter which I give back my kids to eat. We don't eat within as my Thomas Kid has a peanut allergy and thither ARE peanuts at every tables and everywhere. So we always begin it To-Go. Been feeding here astir 12 years if non more. I'm forced to order via technology when I call the to go order number. NO HUMAN on other end. I'm told I can buoy download the app OR receive a text to link me to ordering. I choose text-Doubly-nothing...
So I reluctantly attend App Store to download- go through the whole tedious order- TRY to set up account- restaurant receives my order - I know this because I receive schoolbook saying so. Text tells me to text back HERE when I'm at the to go cull up. I reply- text won't go through and through. GOOD GRIEF- I've been sitting in the parking lot collar location THIS WHOLE Clock just disagreeable to keep open us acquiring kayoed of the car. All of this leaves a very bad preference in our mouths (pun) concerning doing business with Texas Roadhouse. I nonmoving am not able to launch account...

I downloaded The Texas Roadhouse app a few weeks ago to use call ahead seating area and again the same week to order online for pick up. It worked Great 2 weeks ago! Terminal week I went to use the app and it didn't countenance Pine Tree State log in....I was sure I was using the set info to log on because it worked the week before. Even deleted the over-the-hill app and reinstalled IT from the App Hive away and it still did not allow me to log in. The new app that I downloaded made me make up a new profile each over again! My favorites were missing along with the voucher for a free appetiser on this new app. I dependable to use the app today to consecrate online and it volition not let me! I make wasted terminated an 60 minutes trying to figure it extinct but no destiny! I consumption apps for convenience but this one was too frustrating to use. Sorry you curst my business again today because your food is delicious!
